About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of Beef

  • 1 Whole Onion (chopped)

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp of Chili Powder

  • 1 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Salt

  • 2 1/2 tsp of ground pepper

  • 1 Tbsp of Garlic (minced of powdered)

  • 1 quart Tomatoe Juice

  • 6 Cups Water

  • 1/2 Head of Cabbage

  • 4 whole potatoes (peeled & Sliced)

  • 3 whole Carrots (1.5 Cups)

  • 2 Sticks Celery

  • 1/2 Can of Diced Tomatoes

  • 4 Brussel Sprots (Diced)

  • 1 ear of Sweet Corn

  • 1/4 lbs of Shell Peas

  • 1/4 lbs green beans

Preparation

Directions

  1. Mix Beef, Onions, worcestershire sauce, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, and garlic

  2. in a large skillet, cook the mixture until browned or lightly chared

  3. Drain mixture then add Tomatoe Juice and 6 cups of Water in a large pot

  4. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add Cabbage, Potatoes, Carrots, Celerey, and Brussel Sprouts

  5. Cook for another 45-60 minutes

  6. Add Canned Tomatoes, Corn, Peas, and Green Beans

  7. Turn heat up to high and cook for another 15-20 minutes

  8. Serve & Enjoy
