Ingredients
1 lbs of Beef
1 Whole Onion (chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp of Chili Powder
1 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Salt
2 1/2 tsp of ground pepper
1 Tbsp of Garlic (minced of powdered)
1 quart Tomatoe Juice
6 Cups Water
1/2 Head of Cabbage
4 whole potatoes (peeled & Sliced)
3 whole Carrots (1.5 Cups)
2 Sticks Celery
1/2 Can of Diced Tomatoes
4 Brussel Sprots (Diced)
1 ear of Sweet Corn
1/4 lbs of Shell Peas
1/4 lbs green beans
Preparation
Directions
Mix Beef, Onions, worcestershire sauce, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, and garlic
in a large skillet, cook the mixture until browned or lightly chared
Drain mixture then add Tomatoe Juice and 6 cups of Water in a large pot
Let simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add Cabbage, Potatoes, Carrots, Celerey, and Brussel Sprouts
Cook for another 45-60 minutes
Add Canned Tomatoes, Corn, Peas, and Green Beans
Turn heat up to high and cook for another 15-20 minutes
