About the Recipe
Ingredients
2 lbs Yellow or Zucchini Squash (sliced)
2 lbs Carrots (grated)
1 Whole Onion (chopped)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lbs Herb Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 sticks of butter (1 Cup)
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Preparation
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Slice Squash, Chop Onions, Grate Carrots
Steam Squash, Carrots, and Onion (about 10-15 minutes)
Drain vegetable & add salt & pepper
Mix Sour Cream, Butter & Cream of Chicken Soup together
Pour mixture over the steamed vegetables (while they are still hot)
Stir until butter fully melts
Add 1/2 lbs Bread Crumbs to mixture
Oil 9x13 pan and add remainig 1/2 of Bread Crumbs to the bottom of the pan
Add Steam Vegetable Mixture to the pan
Bake for 30 minutes
